Not sure what happened but it ran like a swiss watch until a couple days ago when it overheated (never happend before). Has been a great realiable car for many years but I got a new car and don´t want to mess with it any more. Popular model still on the road so at a minimum it is a great parts car or it may just need some minor repairs to be back in the race, not sure. Had a complete tune-up (distributor, wires, plugs, etc.) a few months back.Burns some oil and leaks a little brake fluid but it passed mechanical inspection this past December. A/C runs but it needs recharged and the heater works good, power windows, locks, etc. all work. Has a pretty good stereo system w/CD. Tires have plenty left on them with a good spare. Interior is dirty at the moment and I´m not going to waste the time to clean it. Clean title. Very fair price so no low ballers please. Cash please. Nationally competitive with right driver. 4 Nationals trophies, 2 other trophies missed due to driver cone. Highest placing Stock class Spyder, 3rd in 2004. Fastest CS car in rain at 2005 SCCA Nationals. It started raining during the first runs. If you throw out the first run to give everyone equal conditions this Spyder would have won by 2 seconds. Multiple National Tour trophies. Numerous Divisional and Regional trophies in CS, CSL, CSP & CSPL. Even one in DP. All with stock class setup. One of the best setup Spyders in the country.
